Agecotel bakery : A Traditional French Baguette Competition Crowns its Champions in Nice: Yesterday, at the conclusion of the Agecotel trade show, the Federation of Master Bakers and Pastry Chefs of the Alpes-Maritimes (06), led by its president Mr. Gilles Dutto, organized a highly anticipated event: the competition for the best traditional French baguette in the region.
The number of participants once again reached new heights, with no less than 30 candidates vying for the coveted title. This strong participation reflects the ever-growing enthusiasm for this event.
The quality of the products presented raised the level of the competition, delighting the palates of spectators accustomed to this essential rendezvous.
An exceptional jury presided over the deliberations, consisting of Mr. Thomas Subrin, Best Craftsman of France in bakery, accompanied by Mr. Philippe Philmar, instructor at the CFA de Carros, and Mr. Philippe Courtois.
The deserving winners of this competition are:
- Maxime Michineau from Le Patio in Roquebrune Cap Martin
- Armin Adjari from L’Atelier Bio du Pain in Saint-André-la-Roche
- Mathieu Dupuy from Chez Ma’mie in Tourrettes-sur-Loup

The baguettes, symbols of this competition, were handed over to the Civil Protection of the Alpes-Maritimes to be distributed during the evening patrols, illustrating the generosity and solidarity that characterize this artisanal world.
In parallel, throughout the day, Grands Moulins de Paris enlivened their booth by presenting products as aesthetic as they were flavorful, delighting the taste buds of visitors.
