ADIPEC 2023: Second Day Continues with Global Energy Sector Leaders
Abu Dhabi, October 3 The 39th edition of the ADIPEC 2023 exhibition and conference continues into its second day with the participation of global energy sector leaders. They are engaged in discussions aimed at strengthening efforts to reduce emissions and fostering cooperation to build an energy system capable of meeting future requirements and challenges. The exhibition and conference activities will run until Thursday, October 5, under the theme "Reducing Emissions... Faster... Together," with the participation of stakeholders from the energy sector and the presence of over 2,200 international companies in 16 exhibition halls and 30 international pavilions.
The exhibition and conference are expected to attract more than 160,000 visitors from 164 countries, making it the largest session ever organized.
ADIPEC represents a continuation of a rich legacy of innovation and progress spanning over 40 years in support of global aspirations in the energy sector. This year's conference encompasses a range of ideas, strategic scientific studies, advanced technologies, and supports the necessary investments to accelerate emissions reduction in the current energy system. It brings together key stakeholders from various stages of the energy supply chain to design reliable solutions, meet future requirements, and achieve the qualitative advancements needed to create a global energy system capable of addressing future demands. This year, ADIPEC's agenda includes 350 specialized dialogue sessions, featuring strategic and technical conferences. The event also hosts over 1,600 speakers, including government ministers, CEOs, policymakers, energy experts, and innovators, with the aim of promoting cooperation and supporting the necessary work to accelerate global emissions reduction goals by intensifying and uniting efforts to increase investments in clean energy sources.
