La Quinzaine en Actions is a cultural access and film education initiative launched by the Quinzaine des Cinéastes.
This program is designed for those who, due to geographical, financial, or social reasons, are distanced from cultural experiences.
Film serves as a powerful tool for transmitting this desire for culture. It acts as a window to the world, helping us understand our era, sharpen our critical thinking, and develop our autonomy. Moreover, it fosters social and intergenerational mixing through collective experiences.
Film education should be one of our society's top priorities to reflect on the images with which we are inundated today and to approach cinema beyond mere consumption and entertainment.
The goal is to share the films selected for La Quinzaine des Cinéastes and engage participants in debates and collective workshops to facilitate exchanges, transmit knowledge, encourage dialogue, and stimulate reflection on cinema.

The Opening Session of La Quinzaine en Actions, held at the Théâtre de la Licorne in the La Bocca district, is the culmination of the year's work and marks the launch of activities during the festival:
Behind-the-Scenes of the Screenwriting Workshop: Organized in collaboration with the Parcours de Femmes association and the Villa Excelsior parenting center.
Readings by Actors Naidra Ayadi, Agathe Bonitzer, and Dimitri Storoge: Featuring eight scripts written this year by women.
Screening of a Short Film: Produced by the youth of La Mission Locale Cannes Pays de Lérins, under the guidance of director Fabien-Mariano Ortiz and Jumaï Laguna.
La Quinzaine en Actions strives to make cinema more inclusive and accessible, promoting cultural exchange and social cohesion through the power of storytelling.
