Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
- Provide travel information and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and security teams.
- Handle lost and found services and assist travelers with special needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
