Real Estate Transactions Reach 321.3 Million Qatari Riyals in One Week
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts recorded with the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice during the period from October 1st to October 5th of this year amounted to 321.3 million Qatari riyals.
During the same period, the total value of residential unit sales contracts in the real estate bulletin reached 71.9 million Qatari riyals.
The weekly bulletin published by the administration indicated that the list of properties available for sale included vacant plots, residential homes, a hotel, a residential complex, and residential units.
These sales transactions were primarily concentrated in the municipalities of Al-Rayyan, Doha, Al-Daayen, Umm Salal, Al-Khor, Al-Dhakhira, Al-Wakrah, Al-Shamal, Al-Sheehaniya, and in the regions of The Pearl, Legtaifiya, and Al-Dafna.
