The Carlton Cannes is delighted to inaugurate Le C Club Fitness & Spa in the presence of its legendary ambassador: Mike Tyson.
Five-time world boxing champion Mike Tyson inaugurates the new C Club Fitness & Spa at the Carlton Cannes, A Regent Hotel. A return to his roots for Mike Tyson, who 40 years later is following in the footsteps of Mohamed Ali, who came to the Carlton in 1983, and embodied the sporting values so dear to this iconic property. The photographer of the historic image of Mohamed Ali, Richard Melloul, will also be present to immortalize this unique moment.
Sport has always played a major role in the hotel. The Carlton Cannes was the first hotel with a clay tennis court, invented in Cannes, and hosted the match of the century on February 16th 1926, won by Suzanne Lenglen.
Today, it unveils its boxing ring, a first for a Cannes Palace.
