Under the chairmanship of Mansour bin Zayed, the Ministerial Council for Development Discusses a Range of Initiatives and Projects to Support the Governmental System
ABU DHABI, October 11 - His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Office, presided over a meeting of the Ministerial Council for Development held at Qasr Al Watan in the capital, Abu Dhabi. During the meeting, various initiatives, policies, and bills aimed at enhancing the government's operations were discussed.
The meeting's agenda included a review of several government initiatives and policies related to housing assistance, environmental sustainability enhancement, and recycling systems. The Council examined a range of proposals in the fields of education, as well as measures to improve the efficiency and attractiveness of the country's labor market.
In terms of legislative matters, the Ministerial Council for Development deliberated on several legislative amendments related to the procedures and services of the Ministry of Health, Prevention, and Community, as well as regulations concerning the country's fishery resources and aquatic life. The Council also reviewed the recommendations of the Federal National Council regarding labor market activities and the organization of private higher education, along with a series of government reports on the progress of financial projects, energy production, localization outcomes in the banking sector, and the evolution of the state's participation in various international organizations and institutions.
