HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Meets ISF President
His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), had the honor of hosting Laurent Petrynka, President of the International School Sport Federation (ISF) during an official meeting.
In attendance were His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the GSA, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, CEO of the GSA, Fares Mustafa Al-Kooheji, Secretary-General of the BOC, and Eshaq Abdulla Eshaq, Chairman of the Executive Committee of ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad warmly welcomed Laurent Petrynka's visit to the Kingdom, expressing his admiration for the ongoing, fruitful collaboration between Bahrain's sports institutions and the ISF. He reaffirmed the Kingdom's unwavering commitment to hosting the ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The two sides engaged in discussions regarding the continuous preparations for organizing the global school sports event in the Kingdom.
Laurent Petrynka extended his commendation to the Kingdom for its dedicated efforts to ensure the success of ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024. He conveyed his best wishes for Bahrain's continued progress and prosperity.
