Opening its doors to the public on February 14th, this culinary gem marks a significant milestone in Chef Ravin's relentless pursuit of a dream, rooted in conviction and unwavering dedication to his culinary artistry.

Elevating beyond mere gastronomy, Chef Ravin's vision intertwines the essence of his creations with the surrounding environment, fostering a seamless fusion of flavors and service. Within the intimate enclave of La Table de Marcel, accommodating a select group of eight guests, a bespoke dining experience awaits, epitomizing exclusivity and personalization.

The reimagined Blue Bay Marcel Ravin serves as a heartfelt homage to life's vibrancy, the splendor of nature, and the Caribbean's cultural richness, offering patrons an immersive journey into the depths of the Chef's gastronomic repertoire. Central to its redesign is a harmonious synthesis of organic elements inspired by the five fundamental forces of nature: fire, earth, metal, water, and wood.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the interior design reflects a symbiotic relationship with Chef Ravin's culinary ethos, employing woodwork, botanical motifs, and ambient lighting to evoke a sensory symphony. Complementing the restaurant's transformation is an innovative menu, featuring signature dishes such as the Monte-Carlo egg infused with cassava truffle maracuja and the nostalgic "Chocolate of my childhood in Martinique."

Continuing the culinary odyssey, new offerings like the Chicken Madras "Boucan d’Enfer" and the sumptuous lobster dumpling tantalize the palate with their bold flavors and innovative compositions. A testament to Chef Ravin's commitment to sustainability and seasonality, the menu evolves every three weeks, reflecting the bounty of nature and the Chef's garden.
