Celebrating Excellence: MIPIM Awards 2024 Winners

Cannes, March 14, 2024 - The prestigious MIPIM Awards, which recognize excellence in real estate development, have revealed their winners at the world's largest international real estate event, MIPIM, held in Cannes.

  • Best Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Project: ATMOSPHERE by Krallerhof, Leogang, Austria. Recognized for its groundbreaking design and contribution to the hospitality sector.
  • Best Industrial & Logistics Project: ESR Higashi Ogishima Distribution Centre, Kawasaki, Japan. Acknowledged for its exceptional contribution to the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Best Mixed-Use Project: Royale Belge, Brussels, Belgium. A testament to the successful integration of different functions within one development.
  • Best Office & Business Project: St. John’s Terminal, New York, United States. Reflecting dynamic innovation in the bustling business landscape of New York City.
  • Best Residential Project: Living Places Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark. Emphasizing the importance of sustainable urban living and community integration.
  • Best Urban Regeneration Project: BASSIN 7, Aarhus, Denmark. Celebrated for its transformative impact on urban spaces and community revitalization.
  • Best New Development: Casa BFF, Milan, Italy. Recognized for its forward-thinking design and contribution to urban development.
  • Best New Mega Development: The Ellinikon Commercial Hub, Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon, Athens, Greece. Demonstrating Greece's commitment to revitalizing urban spaces and fostering economic growth.

Special Jury Awards:

  • ESR Higashi Ogishima Distribution Centre, Kawasaki, Japan: Recognized with the Special Jury Award for its outstanding contribution to the industrial and logistics sector.
