As the Paris 2024 Olympic Games draw near, five establishments of the HappyCulture group invite Côte d'Azur residents and visitors to explore the exhibition "The Olympics by Sylvian The FishMan," created by Sylvian Preziosa, also known as Sylvian The FishMan, starting July 12, 2024.
Sylvian Preziosa is renowned worldwide for his eco-friendly artwork. He collects plastic waste from the sea and integrates it into his paintings, with a fish as the recurring motif to convey an ecological message. To celebrate this global sporting event in France this summer, Sylvian has created a series of 15 paintings representing the flags of selected countries participating in the Olympic Games.
The exhibition "The Olympics by Sylvian The FishMan" will take visitors on an artistic journey through four hotels and one hostel of the HappyCulture group, located in the heart of Nice: Hôtel Excelsior, Villa Bougainville, Hôtel So’Co, The Nap Hôtel, and Hostel OZZ. Running until August 11, 2024, it provides a unique opportunity to experience the works of this environmentally conscious artist in five central venues.
The HappyCulture group is dedicated to an artistic, cultural, and ecological mission, and regularly hosts artists to bring their work into its hotels.
