Dubai Charity Auction Sets New Record with Dh97.9 Million for 1 Billion Meals Endowment
A historic charitable event, "The Most Noble Number" charity auction, held in Dubai, garnered an astonishing Dh97.920 million in funds. The entirety of this impressive sum will be directed towards supporting the "1 Billion Meals Endowment" campaign, a noble initiative championed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The campaign is dedicated to establishing an extensive and sustainable food aid endowment fund that operates during the holy month of Ramadan.
This extraordinary event was orchestrated by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, in partnership with Emirates Auction and with the generous support of Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), etisalat by e&, and du from Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company. The charity auction presented a collection of 35 exceptional numbers, including 14 special RTA vehicle plate numbers, 10 unique du mobile numbers, and 11 prestigious etisalat by e& Diamond+ mobile numbers.
Notable Achievements and Unprecedented Sales: One of the standout highlights of the auction was the sale of the world's most expensive vehicle plate number, P7, for an extraordinary Dh55 million. 
This incredible bid surpassed the previous record of Dh52.2 million, creating history in charitable auction sales. Additionally, a remarkable etisalat by e& Diamond+ number (971548888888) found a buyer for Dh2.3 million, and a du Platinum mobile number (971583333333) was sold for Dh2 million.
The substantial proceeds from this auction will directly contribute to the "1 Billion Meals Endowment" campaign's mission, aimed at providing enduring solutions to alleviate hunger and malnutrition within disadvantaged communities.
