Manchester United Announces Prolonged Absence of Injured Left-Back Luke Shaw

London, October 21st - Manchester United Football Club has confirmed that their international left-back, Luke Shaw, will continue to be sidelined until mid-November due to an ongoing injury. He is expected to return to the pitch following the conclusion of the international fixtures.

Shaw sustained a muscular injury during a match against Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League on August 19th of the previous year. Since then, he has been absent from the team for nine matches across various competitions, in addition to missing four international games while representing England.

Manchester United has been grappling with a series of injuries, particularly concerning players who occupy the left-back position. Aaron Wan-Bissaka has also been absent for a period, and recently, the Spanish left-back, Sergio Reguilon, who is on loan from Tottenham, was sidelined due to injury.

As of now, Manchester United holds the tenth position in the English Premier League and has experienced a decline in performance since the beginning of the current season, losing six matches in various competitions. The absence of key players like Luke Shaw has posed a significant challenge for the club's defensive lineup and their overall performance. The club's management and fans eagerly await his return to action, hoping that it will help boost the team's form in the coming weeks.
