HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Attends Egyptian Basketball Super Cup
His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport First Deputy Chairman, General Sports Authority Chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, graced the Egyptian Basketball Super Cup with his presence. The event took place at the Khalifa Sports City Hall and featured champions and cup winners, Al-Ahly, facing off against runners-up, Al-Zamalek.
The match was attended by sports leaders, members of the diplomatic corps, delegations from both clubs, and representatives from the Bahraini and Egyptian basketball associations. The game concluded with a score of 64-60 in favor of Al-Ahly Club.
HH Shaikh Khalid expressed his pleasure at the Kingdom of Bahrain hosting the Egyptian Basketball Super Cup for the first time. He highlighted the strong and fraternal relations between the two countries.
