Saturday 21 May 2022 – Caroline Scheufele held a majestic dinner this evening at the Hôtel Martinez to celebrate the unconditional ties binding Chopard with cinema through 25 years of official partnership with the Cannes Film Festival. In tribute to the Maison’s loyalty to the seventh art, 'Chopard Loves Cinema' is the theme of the Red Carpet Collection: 75 Haute Joaillerie creations freely inspired by the cinematic repertoire of Chopard's Co-President and Artistic Director, unveiled on the occasion of this event. Held in a splendid film studio setting, the dinner ended with an exclusive concert by Seal.

In a moving speech, Caroline Scheufele paid tribute to the 25-year partnership between Chopard and the Cannes Festival. It was in 1998 that the watchmaker-jeweller became associated with the world's greatest film event by proposing a new design for the Palme d'Or – the jury's highest distinction. "The Cannes Film Festival and Chopard have been working hand in hand for 25 years with a shared passion for the great stories that thrill fans of the seventh art. It is a beautiful, long-lived love story and I am proud to witness.
