The Art.coordinate Foundation, with the generous support of the SEE Institute Dubai Sustainable City, is orchestrating a prestigious global event: the International Teen Art Awards. This remarkable competition is tailored for talented teenagers aged 13 to 17, inviting them to showcase their skills in the realm of contemporary art. The theme that binds their creativity is "Sustainable World: Future Society through the Lens of Art".
The competition welcomes submissions across diverse artistic genres such as painting, drawing, digital art, photography, video art, performance art, and even text-based reflections on art. Esteemed Jurors and Inspiring Exhibition: An esteemed panel of jury members is set to evaluate the submissions. This distinguished panel includes noteworthy UAE residents, such as Azza Al Qubaisi, renowned for her expertise in jewelry art, design, and sculpture; Maysoun Al Saleh, an accomplished artist, writer, and CEO of The Paintly Store; and Ghada Kunash, the visionary founder of The Workshop and the Fann A Porter art gallery.
In March 2024, the SEE Institute Dubai Sustainable City art space will come alive with an exhibition of the winners and runners-up. One particularly standout Polish artist clinched the Grand Prix with an impressive series of graphic works. Notably, the Art.coordinate Foundation project, the First International Teen Art Awards, achieved recognition, securing the third place in the prestigious "Culture Online" international award for the best online projects.
