Danube Properties Commits AED 25 Million in Real Estate Units to Support MBRGI Initiatives: In a recent announcement, Danube Properties declared its dedication to allocating real estate units valued at AED 25 million in support of charitable and humanitarian programs initiated by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI).
Over the next five years, Danube has committed to providing real estate units to bolster programs launched by MBRGI, the largest foundation of its kind locally and regionally. MBRGI's primary goal is to support crucial sectors in relevant countries and address challenges in cultural, knowledge, economic, social, health, environmental, and humanitarian domains. This marks the initial instance of a real estate developer contributing to MBRGI’s property endowment projects.
Advocating Social Solidarity Values
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, expressed his honor in supporting the projects and programs of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiative, emphasizing the significance of humanitarian unity and the establishment of social solidarity values within the Emirati community.

Dr. Abdulkareem Sultan Al Olama, CEO of MBRGI, acknowledged the positive impact of the organization, citing directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Al Olama highlighted MBRGI's influence on the lives of 102 million people across 100 countries in 2022.
He remarked, “Sustainable projects and programs launched and implemented by MBRGI are a model for giving and generosity, reflecting the UAE’s impactful humanitarian role.” Al Olama praised Danube Properties' contribution, emphasizing its role in helping MBRGI achieve its objectives in addressing humanitarian, social, and developmental challenges globally. In 2022, MBRGI allocated a total of AED 1.4 billion to various initiatives and programs, executed by 35 organizations operating under its umbrella.
