During the event, Mobily entered into a groundbreaking agreement with BICS, aimed at enhancing international roaming services. This collaboration aspires to enhance the mobile access and seamless connectivity experienced by Mobily customers when traveling to or from Saudi Arabia.
In addition, Mobily inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bankai, focusing on the optimization of customer engagement and communication in Application-to-Person (A2P) and messaging services. This partnership paves the way for Mobily to become the hub for international A2P services within the region.
Furthermore, another significant MoU was signed with Zenlayer to collaboratively leverage a partnership model. This partnership is designed to bolster and enhance Edge Cloud Services, which, in turn, accelerates the dynamic content delivery and enriches the user experience across diverse sectors. According to a statement in the press release, this collaboration also lays the foundation for essential capabilities to host and deliver game content locally.
