Throughout the day, artisan bakers and pastry chefs shone with their culinary expertise in an extraordinary demonstration: the attempt to break the world record for the largest "pain bagnat" (a type of sandwich). A feat that attests to their ingenuity and passion for their craft, guided by the enlightened leadership of the Federation of Bakery and Pastry of 06, led by Mr. Gilles Dutto.
