Throughout the day, artisan bakers and pastry chefs shone with their culinary expertise in an extraordinary demonstration: the attempt to break the world record for the largest "pain bagnat" (a type of sandwich). A feat that attests to their ingenuity and passion for their craft, guided by the enlightened leadership of the Federation of Bakery and Pastry of 06, led by Mr. Gilles Dutto.
At booth B41, members of the International-Club Les Toques Blanches delighted visitors with their unparalleled talent. On the menu were dishes as exquisite as they were surprising, charming the taste buds of even the most demanding guests.
