Dubai's newest culinary destination Bar des Prés, following its acclaimed Paris and London locations, introduces an exclusive Business Lunch at ICD Brookfield Place. Set 51 floors above the city, with unparalleled panoramic views, the three-course menu artfully blends French sophistication with Japanese precision, making your dining experience breathtakingly beautiful. The weekday offering (12-3 PM) features the restaurant's signature fusion cuisine with a curated selection of starters, mains, and desserts.
Chef Cyril Lignac has designed an exceptional Business Lunch menu, seamlessly blending French and Japanese influences. Updated weekly, it ensures each dining experience feels unique. Guests can choose from three starters which currently include the delicate Tuna crunchy galette, yuzu soy, Chicken & baby spinach gyoza, sesame, and a refreshing Salade fraîcheur, local prawn, avocado and elderflower vinaigrette. Mains feature Grilled chicken satay accompanied by lime condiment and velvet mashed potatoes, the rich Miso caramelised salmon with steamed broccoli and yuzu pepper, and Soy marinated soft-boiled egg, Paris mushrooms, ponzu sauce. To conclude, they can indulge in the Vanilla mille-feuille, pecan praliné, the tropical Coconut tapioca, fresh mango, yuzu confit, or the indulgent Hazelnut ice cream, gianduja & caramelised hazelnut.
