Nobu Monte-Carlo: Spring Celebration with Hanami

Nobu Monte-Carlo: Spring Celebration with Hanami

Nobu Monte-Carlo: Spring Celebration with Hanami

On Thursday, March 6th, Nobu Monte Carlo will reopen its doors for an exceptional spring season. At the dawn of this renewal, Nobu Monte Carlo will honor Hanami, a tradition deeply rooted in Japanese culture, celebrating the beauty of flowers in this season.

For over 10 years, Nobu Monte Carlo has offered, within the prestigious Fairmont Monte Carlo, a true culinary journey blending Japanese and Peruvian flavors, perfected by the world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. In addition to the iconic dishes that have made the brand famous, exclusive creations with a local twist have been crafted in collaboration with the talented chef Olivier Rinaldi, specially for the Monaco restaurant.

After its renovation in 2024, the restaurant now features natural tones and elements inspired by Japan, while capturing the luxurious and glamorous atmosphere of Monte Carlo. The décor subtly blends the essence of the city with a refined and calming style, featuring natural wood panels and soft lighting that creates a warm ambiance, all while offering stunning views of the sea.

To celebrate the arrival of spring, Nobu Monte Carlo offers a seasonal Omakase menu featuring seven courses, a true gastronomic experience available until the end of April. Chef Rinaldi has crafted a series of dishes that celebrate the season and Japanese culinary excellence, with a local and innovative touch.

In addition, the signature Hanami cocktail invites you on an unprecedented sensory journey, combining traditional Japanese ingredients with a modern twist. This cocktail, available at the Nobu Bar until the end of April, is a subtle blend of junmai sake, sweet umeshu, spicy ginger liqueur, fruity cherry liqueur, and a hint of matcha bitter. It perfectly embodies the spirit of spring with its balanced and delicate finish. The price for this cocktail is 22€.

Located just steps away from the thriving Mareterra district, Nobu Monte Carlo is part of a larger culinary journey at the Fairmont Monte Carlo, which houses four exceptional restaurants and bars, one of which is open 24/7. In 2025, the hotel will celebrate its 50th anniversary, offering visitors a unique place to savor world-renowned cuisine.

“Come and experience spring like never before at Nobu Monte Carlo, a place where Japanese tradition meets Monaco luxury for an unforgettable experience.”
