Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA) has signed an agreement with RX, the organizer of the flagship MIPIM event, to host MIPIM Middle East 2026 in Riyadh on 20–21 October.
The agreement establishes a strategic and sustainable partnership to deliver MIPIM Middle East 2026 and explore future initiatives and events in major cities across Saudi Arabia, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Strengthening Saudi Arabia as a Global Investment Hub
This partnership reinforces Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global hub for real estate investment and infrastructure, creating investment opportunities, accelerating urban development, and supporting the Kingdom’s ambitious growth objectives.
Khaled Al-Khattaf, CEO of SIPA, emphasized that the agreement reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to developing the investment environment, enhancing competitiveness, and supporting rapid growth in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
He added that hosting MIPIM Middle East 2026 strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a leading global business hub, providing a strategic platform for investors to engage directly with high-quality opportunities in the Saudi real estate sector.
